2. Our Staff Ownership
In any business, your staff are genuinely your greatest asset. We know we need our staff to be 100% committed to the service we provide our firms. Therefore we have 10% of our shares held in trust for all of our employees.
3. 40% of development into new features

4. Open Approach To Development

From day one, we want to treat our firms with honesty and fairness. Hence, we have designed Propel Legal from the ground up with an inherent ability to integrate with anything. We maintain an open API with comprehensive documentation.

There is a lot of mis-trust in the industry. Mainly because suppliers have oversold and under delivered, resulting in the expectations of law firms not being managed or met. We will hold honesty as an integral value. We will drive trust by making delivery of Push Legal transparent and achievable. We will provide detailed specification documents that will detail exactly what we will deliver. There will be no ambiguity.
Loyalty
We are asking our law firms and our staff to be a part of Push Legal for the long term. Consequently, it is vital that we show just as much loyalty in return. That is why we have made our firms and our staff owners as soon as they join up to Push Legal - rewarded long-term loyalty and providing control over long term direction.
Innovation
Innovation - The founders have over 35 years combined experience working in law firms. And we know that most technology providers get to a certain point and stop innovating. This makes it only a matter of time until their customers feel undervalued and unserved. We will not follow this behaviour. We will make sure at least 40% of our development time is spent on innovating new products - keeping our technology fresh and market leading, whilst continuously adding real value back into our law firms. Our firms will never need to look at another technology provider.
